Dryer Cum Blender System
Indpro’s Drying Blender – iBlend is used for the blending of different types of polymers products. During flow of products, there is a chance of separation of the bulk solid into lower density and higher density layers. A flute type gravity blender is installed at the center of the silo or storage tank; as the product is fed through the inlet, it passes through multiple flute openings which give a reliable homogenous mixture at the outlet of blending silo, with no extra operational costs incurred as is the case with mechanical blending.
Indpro’s drying blending system also has a drying system with a centrifugal blower as prime mover for hot air. The centrifugal fan is complete with dynamically balanced impeller enclosed in casing and directly coupled to the motor which has a flow control damper at its inlet. The centrifugal blower takes air from atmosphere and passes it through a heating coil to the blender for drying the product. Hot air has a higher capacity to absorb moisture from the product.
