Raw material management in a sizable industrial plant or warehouse often involves powders in certain packaging being transported over long distances for storage and then use in the manufacturing unit. When necessary, the material must be transported swiftly without spilling.

Majority of manufacturing units use 25 and 50 kg bags for raw materials, however, others use jumbo bags that weigh 500 to 1000 kg. These can be handled using our bag dump station and jumbo bag unloading station. On the other hand, there are 50 to 150 kg drums, made of either plastic, steel, or fibre for special purpose powders or granules. Handling these drums is not very convenient due to their weight, which makes moving them quite challenging. Our drum tilting technology makes it easy to unload powders to then transfer it using further conveying technologies.
