Indpro's Lump Breaker Machine machine is an efficient yet economic machine specially designed for breaking soft lumps up to 100 mm which are formed during the handling or processing of bulk materials. Such lumps are required to be broken before any subsequent process like conveying, sifting, blending, packing etc. The Lump Breaker Machine consists of a square cross-section casing with a square upper and lower flange, two horizontal rotating shafts equipped with blades, four end bearing assemblies, a heavy-duty drive unit complete with power transmission.

Counter rotation of the shaft along with the sharp and rugged profile of fins does all the shredding and de-lumping. The profile of the blades is such that it digs into the soft lumps & push them towards downstream along with balance material thereby shearing the lump to powder. Using twin-rotor shafts results in high throughput rates. Our lump breaker machine is efficent and effective in particle size reduction systems in various material applications.
