In today's scenario, it has become inevitable to be progressive, especially with scarcity of manpower and raising cost, being efficient is the need of the hour. Precisely to overcome these challenges, we have designed a new generation pull-push type portable pneumatic conveying system called GrainCon. GrainCon is revolutionary addition in food supply chain specifically for grain handling purpose.

Through the portable grain suction machine, grains can be transported from a variety of sources like farms, yards, loose heaps, bags, jumbo bags, drums, FIBC, and other containers. Our portable grain suction machine ensures minimum product degradation and wastage and minimizes labor for manual handling of grains or solids from site to processing section.

GrainCon, with a blower at its heart, can move grains with a capacity of up to 30 tons/hr (for a bulk density of 650 kg/m3). It can be used in difficult to reach corners to perform transfer, cleaning or loading operations. The pneumatic conveying system moves grain on a cushion of air which maintains grain and seed quality.

The diesel/electric powered unit can be optionally mounted on a steel-wheeled cart, making it very simple to move in your storage/process area. Available with an electric motor or external diesel engine, it is the ideal unit for someone who needs a versatile and portable grain handling solution.
