Turbo Sifter – G

Indpro's Turbo Sifter is a specially designed system for Size classification of powders, De-lumping and de-agglomeration of powders. Through this rotary sifter, the material to be sifted is fed into the cylindrical screen by a screw mounted on the rotating shaft. The cylindrical screen rotates and series of paddles, which rotate inside the screen while maintaining a clearance.

This force in the material against the screen which breaks up any soft agglomerates. Particles smaller than the sieve (fines) pass through the screen and discharge into a collection hopper at the base of the machine. Oversized particles and hard lumps (that cannot be broken) traverse down the length of the screen to the oversize outlet. An anti – blinding brush continuously cleans the cylindrical wire mesh of the sieve, ensuring optimum performance of the machine.
