Turbo Sifter V

Indpro's Turbo Sifter-V comes from loads of experience in the field of bulk solids handling. The easy clean and tool free design allows for maximum output and uptime. Its oversize hinged door provides quick access to the hygienically design sifting screens. It is ideal for Food, Pharmaceutical, Powder Processing and Chemical Industries. Material is normally fed into sifter through a feeding device; the outlet of the device is connected to the inlet of the turbo sifter- v typically in a vacuum based pneumatic conveying system.

The product is accelerated by the auger into the cylindrical sifting chamber where it is picked up by the rotating paddle/blade assembly and is thrown against the sieve screen. The blades on the paddle assembly are set in a helical configuration to move the material along the entire length of the sieve screen at the optimum sieving rate for any application. The fine product passes through the screen and is collected at the outlet. The oversized and tramp material is moved to the end of the sifter chamber and after passing around the end baffle, is discharged into a rejects outlet. Ideally suited for powdered products handled for the applications such as food (dairy, flour, spices), pharmaceuticals, plastics and chemicals.
