Venturi Based Pneumatic Conveying System

Indpro’s venturi feeder is a static device without any moving parts, which injects solids into high pressure gas for onward pneumatic conveying. Venturi based pneumatic conveying system is widely used for conveying various types of bulk solids. This injector entrains desired quantity of solids & secondary gas which the venturi eductor and downstream equipment can handle; it is therefore a self-regulating system. The venturi nozzle, when coupled with a high-pressure blower, is the primary source of motive power for a material conveying system. The eductor allows for movement of material in continuous form and without any moving components in the conveying air stream thus making it a maintenance free system.

This pneumatic conveying system is specially designed for dust-free operation. Venturi eductors are used for conveying materials that are abrasive, fine, fragile, or irregularly-shaped. This system is widely used to convey high quantities of bulk powder, pellets and granular form materials.
