You can effectively discharge paper, polythene, raffia and woven PP bags containing products in powder or granular form material in for instance a truck, solo, huge pack or compartment. Depending on the customer's requirement, the bags can be sent to the emptying machine by means of a conveyor belt, a vertical elevator or an automatic de-palletizer. The bags are crushed by two contrasting rollers or cut open by blades. A rotating drum then enables the bag to be separated completely from the product. The unloaded material can then be transported through a pneumatic conveying system to the storage silo or further process. The empty bags are sent to the collection chamber, which can be equipped with a screw-press accessory designed for reducing the volume of the bags. Capacity: 150/300/600 bags/hr.
