Customer Requirement:

Turnkey execution including design & engineering, supply, installation & commissioning of pneumatic conveying systems for handling both raw materials and finished goods in the production process of SAN (Styrene Acrylonitrile), DP ABS (Double Pass Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), ASA DP (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate), and EBA PMI (Ethylene Butyl Acrylate Polymeric Material).

System Design Basis:
Type of conveying: Dilute phase pneumatic conveying with 11 pressure and 6 vacuum type systems.
Conveying System Solid Throughput/Capacity: 1 TPH to 8 TPH
Conveying Distance (m): Upto 110 meters
