Indpro's Vibratory Tubular Feeder is a cutting-edge solution for ensuring smooth and gentle material transfer applicable for a wide range of powders and granules. It is designed to handle materials having various characteristics ranging from dusty and abrasive to fragile and hazardous. Materials are moved through a tube mounted on oscillating mounts by vibratory forces, ensuring they are transported gently from the feed point to the destination.
The symmetrical pipe design features an inclined impact surface at the inlet, allowing materials to accelerate immediately in the conveying direction. The internal smooth finish provides a clean, secure, and efficient material transfer process. The flanged closings at both ends provide easy access for internal cleaning of the tube. Flexible silicon bellows at the inlet and outlet prevent dust leakage and accommodate material flow, while a viewing and cleaning window ensures easy inspection and maintenance.
