Manual Bag Dump Station
Indpro's Manual Bag Dump Station facilitates the integration of manually dumped dry bulk materials into all types of bulk material processing equipment such as material blenders, agitator hoppers, bulk storage bins, size reduction equipment, and bulk material pneumatic conveying systems.
Our bag dumping station allows for efficient and effective emptying of bags of bulk solids, either powders and granules, while mitigating loss of product through dusting. Its ergonomic design ensures maximum efficiency of operators while ensuring they breathe clean air.
Dust is naturally generated when the material is emptied from bags, boxes, drums, and other containers into collection hoppers. Our bag dump station has an integrated dust collection system which reduces material waste and eliminates the need to clean or have a remote dust collection system, thus making optimum use of space. The integral dust collection system comprises of a centrifugal blower with an automatic reverse-pulse jet filter that captures fluidized dust and returns it to your process which would otherwise be lost through dusting. Effective dust collection protects against creating explosive environments while reducing contamination and capturing all products for use in your process.
