Pressure based dense phase pneumatic conveying system can be used to pneumatically transfer materials such as powder, grains, flakes & bulk solids. Dense phase conveying is widely known as either plug flow or fluidized bed flow which is a type of non-suspension flow. Dense phase pneumatic conveying system employs a pressure vessel with valves and instrumentation which is controlled through PLC based control panel. We also provide SCADA integration as an optional package. Indpro also specializes in dense phase pneumatic conveying systems for polymer granules using special purpose high pressure rotary valves.

These systems have transport gas velocities in the range of 1 - 10 m/s depending on the product. It pushes material through an enclosed pipe using low velocity, high pressure, and high product to air ratios. The conveyed product either moves in fluidized packets or in slugs or dunes.
