Customer Requirement:

Turnkey execution including design & engineering, manufacturing & supply of pneumatic conveying systems and gravimetric dosing systems for handling various grades of polymer pellets & CaCO3 powder for filler masterbatch manufacturing.

System Design Basis:
Type of conveying: Dilute phase pneumatic conveying system with 2 pressure and 4 vacuum type systems
Conveying System Solid Throughput/Capacity: 4 TPH to 6 TPH
Conveying Distance (m): Upto 50 meters

  • Big Bag Unloading Stations with a robust bag lifting cradle, electric hoist, bag massager, and a fully enclosed housing with sight window, ensuring secure bag mouth locking and integrated de-dusting for clean operation.
  • Pneumatic Conveying for CaCO₃ Powder with 4 independent dilute phase lines, ensuring reliable transfer and dispensing of calcium carbonate.
  • Vertical Ribbon Blender for mixing various grades of polymers before transferring for extrusion.
  • Pneumatic Conveying for Polymer Pellets with 2 independent dilute phase lines, ensuring smooth pellet transfer.
  • Storage Infrastructure with multiple storage silos equipped with vent filters for dust-free operation and environmental safety and robust product discharge mechanisms.
  • Gravimetric loss in weight feeders for continuous accurate weighing & dosing of each of the materials to extrusion.
